Our friend Katarzyna Filus was decorated by the Rector of the Silesian University of Technology with the OMNIUM STUDIOSORUM OPTIMO medal - "the best among students" and the Rector's Award of the 1st degree. The medal is awarded to graduates who distinguish themselves with special results in science and outstanding scientific achievements. This is the first such award in the history of IITiS PAN.

The laureate has been working with us since October 2019, i.e. throughout the second cycle (master's) studies. Taking an active part in the statutory work and European projects of the Institute, she is busy but smiling at the same time.
