As part of the seminar, The use of this type of system will allow obtaining a decentralized solution, i.e. one in which there is no central controller. An important issue in the above-mentioned approach is that the user pays for the transmission quality required by him, and this quality is guaranteed by continuous monitoring of network parameters and, if necessary, reconfiguration (change of currently used routes to adjust transmission parameters to the required quality). By applying market based pricing model, it is possible to dynamically determine prices of quality parameters. It is innovative to use the agent approach in the ICT network to dynamically define routing rules and differentiate packet transmission paths based on user requirements. The conducted research has shown that use of the above concept, in relation to the classical methods used in ICT networks, allows to provide the service at a guaranteed level consistent with the client's expectations.
